DDR3 XR-DIMM 是宜鼎最坚固耐用的内存模块，非常适合关键任务及严苛环境下的各式应用。

不仅如此，亦提供ECC及宽温(-40°C至85°C)功能，能再进一步强化整体模块耐用与效能。提供4GB及8GB的容量选择，并支持1600MT/s及1866MT/s的传输速率。

本系列有着300针连接器(300-pin socket connector)，超越了微型化技术推广联盟(SFF-SIG)建立的接脚数标准，确保了CPU与DRAM模块之间能更稳固连接。

ECC模块可侦测及纠正数据存储及传输过程中的单一位错误；并采用汉明码(Hamming Code)或三模块化冗余(Triple Modular Redundancy)进行错误侦测及纠正，可自行管理纠错，无须要求数据源重新发送原始资料。
